I love creating memorable, authentic dining experiences - whether it’s an intimate gathering, a special celebration, or a bespoke brand collaboration. My journey has taken me through kitchens in Switzerland, France, and New Zealand, with time spent at celebrated restaurants like Hiša Franko and L’Enclume, before finding my home in open-fire cooking with The Wilder Kitchen.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands, including William Grant & Sons for the Wildmoor release, Torabhaig Whisky in Skye, and outdoor legends Blundstone and Filson. Each collaboration is about creating something authentic—an experience that tells a story, celebrates craft, and connects people with the natural world.
