Each day, you’ll explore the island, discover what it means to live here, and delve into the art of open-fire cuisine using the finest local, sustainable Scottish produce. Throughout the experience, enjoy intimate, chef-led open-fire meals, where fire, flavor, and landscape come together to create a unique culinary adventure. Explore hidden coves, windswept shores, and dramatic vistas by day, then gather to taste the islands and connect with the elemental heart of Scotland. Cancellation Policy
Wild Island Open-Fire Experience – Booking & Participation Policy Booking & Payment A full deposit is required to secure your place on the experience. The remaining balance will be requested 1 month before the event, and guests will receive an email notification at that time. All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy Guests cannot cancel within 2 weeks of the experience, and no refund will be provided for cancellations made during this period. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the start date may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling at the discretion of The Wilder Kitchen. Health & Safety This is an outdoor, open-fire experience in remote locations. Guests must be physically able to participate in walking and outdoor activities in variable weather conditions. All participants are responsible for their own personal safety and must follow the instructions of the chef and team at all times. The experience involves the use of fire, sharp tools, and cooking equipment. Guests must exercise caution and adhere to safety briefings. This experience is for adults only; children under 18 are not permitted. Guests with medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation must notify The Wilder Kitchen at the time of booking. Dietary Requirements Guests must notify us of any dietary requirements in advance by contacting info@thewilderkitchen.co.uk . Please note that at this time, we are unable to cater for severe allergies. Liability Participation in the experience is at the guest’s own risk. The Wilder Kitchen and its staff are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property during the experience, except where required by law. Photography & Media The Wilder Kitchen may photograph or film parts of the experience for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in photos or video should notify the team at the start of the experience. General Terms The Wilder Kitchen reserves the right to modify the itinerary or locations due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Guests must respect the environment, wildlife, and local communities during all activities.
